If you decide to change your Android phone with Windows 10 device this theme is exactly for you.
One of the most important things is to transfer your contacts from Android to Windows phone.
This process is not hard but you must know what to do.
The first step is to sync all the contacts you have with you Google profile. This is an automated process but your Sync option has to be ON.
Second step: Go to your Windows Phone device settings -> account settings and add your google account.
In the most cases this is enough.
And here comes the big BUT.
It is possible to have all contacts on your new WP10 phone but when you receive incoming calls you can see only the number (without the name).
This is because of the different way of storing the contact information in the different platforms.
In other words - on your Android phone the phone number is saved as Mobile Number or Home Number.
But Widows phone reads this as "Other number".
To solve this issue you have edit all your contacts manually and move the number to the Mobile Number field.
